*Why We’ve Set Up a Sober Support Group*

In addition to our exciting and vibrant sober social events, we are thrilled to introduce a monthly sober support group for individuals seeking connection and guidance on their sobriety journey. Ruth and Dominic, a dedicated husband and wife duo, have spent the last three years embracing sobriety and transforming their lives. They are passionate about offering support to others who are on a similar path.

Not only do they have their own personal life experience of struggling with alcohol and drug misuse, but between them they hold many skills as a person-centered counselor, hypnotherapist, life coach, and holistic and wellbeing therapist, they are committed to creating a nurturing environment where individuals can feel safe to share and grow. For those who may prefer one-on-one support, personalized sessions are also available.
