This event will have you moving and grooving to the infectious Caribbean tunes. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just looking for a fun workout, Soca Cycle is the place to be. Please understand that your health is your responsbility. Exercise carries its own risk so you should never exercise beyond your ability. If you have any doubts in regards to your fitness, any medical conditions that may affect your safety or if you are pregnant you should seek advice from your doctor before partaking in any fitness activity. Soca cycle is beginer friendly but please be aware that this is a high-intensity class.
Please note, parts of this class will be filmed and photographed for social media purposes. If you have any issues with being on camera or if you're sensitive to flashing lights please inform us on the day.

There is a Multi-storey car park by Walthamstow Central Station just a 7 minute walk from the location. 17&Central 42 Selborne Rd, London E17 7JR - Sat Nav postcode: E17 7LT. Please remember to pay before leaving the car park.
You'll be greeted by someone from the team, have your ticket ready. You'll then be directed to the lockers and changing rooms to get ready for the class.
Yes, this class is designed to suit all fitness levels.
It is recommended to eat a small balanced meal 1-2 hours before exercise to allow enough time to digest and fuel your body.
Comfortable clothing, Athletic footwear, a towel (unless you have purchased one), a water bottle, a flag to rep your island and your Soca Cycle wristband and Loyalty card if you've been to a previous class.
The 1:30pm class will finish at 2:45pm and the 3pm class will finish at 4:15pm.
