This session is for children between the aged 8-11 years old.
Objectives:
- Develop fundamental soccer skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control).
- Improve fitness, agility, and coordination.
- Foster teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship.
- Ensure training is fun, engaging, and age-appropriate.
Session Structure :
- Warm-Up – Dynamic stretches, light jogging, fun games to activate muscles.
- Skill Development – Drills focusing on ball control, dribbling, passing accuracy.
- Small-Sided Games – 3v3 or 5v5 to encourage decision-making and teamwork.
- Fitness & Coordination – Agility ladders, reaction drills, balance exercises.
- Cool-Down & Review – Stretching, hydration, discussing key takeaways.

All parents/guardians must book thier childs place through Eventbrite to participate in these sessions. It is important to cancel your booking via Eventbrite or notify the coach in sufficient time if you know your child will not be attending, as this will allow other children to take part and prevent participant numbers being low.
In order to secure a childs place, the parent / guardian must book their spot when the bookings go live each week. Repeat (no show) offenders may lose their place on future sessions.
