Join Warwickshire Wildlife Trust GenWild Committee - Social Butterflies Community Event

Come join us for Social Butterflies a regular nature themed community event running at Leaf Cafe (Coventry University Library). This is an opportunity to meet other people aged 18-30 who are either passionate about nature or interested in getting to know more. Each session will have a different theme.

Join us for a relaxed and creative evening, this week's theme will be transforming recycled jars using pressed flower petals which you can then take home with you! Hopefully, this activity will help to inspire you to see the potential in everyday items and what you can source from nature to reuse items you would normally throw away. You are welcome to bring your own jar but we will also provide enough for everyone.

You don't have to be an expert! This is all about meeting people with similar interests and thinking about how we can grow together to be more nature friendly. You might be a passionate walker and want to meet others to join you. You might be looking to volunteer for wildlife but not know where to start. You might be more of a cosy crafter and want to learn how to look after nature at home. Take a leaf out of nature's book and join our butterfly flock!

As this is a Youth Committee event, the event is only open to 18–30-year-olds who live, work or study in Warwickshire, Coventry or Solihull.
