This seminar will provoke fresh thoughts based on sound knowledge and principles that if taken away and applied in our businesses and Care Homes will assist top down change for the better. LOUISE MATTINSON - Louise is a truly dedicated director of Hillcroft Care Home Group in Lancaster. She will share her experiences over the last two years as she embarked with her co directors on a change program which has resulted in operational efficiencies, greater staff committal, improved atmosphere in her 6 homes and a brand refresh displaying the improvement in culture and connectivity with relatives, residents and staff alike. A group that is certainly heading off the financial challenges of the current crisis by doing more with what they have got, it is not easy to accept change needs to start at the top, do not miss her speech!
JOHN KENNEDY - John is a passionate person with a keen interest in the Social Care Sector. He has written a inquiry into Care Homes called – John Kennedy’s Care Home Inquiry. Download here. An informative session with key take aways that will assist you in your journey to provide a consistent outstanding service.
JONATHAN CUNNINGHAM - Jonathan is a Director of Storm agency. He is an owner of care homes and has some special experiences to share with attendees. He is an International Speaker that will keep the audience engaged as he explains his 5 stage model of what makes an outstanding home, listen and learn, this is right up to date revolutionary information for this current age. We often wonder and are maybe confused as to what we have to do to break through the good to the outstanding bracket. You will no longer be unsure after this presentation.
JOHN HOTOWKA - John is an inspirational business speaker who uses wit and wisdom to engage his audience. He is one of only 16 speakers in the UK that has been awarded the honour of - Professional Speaking Association Award of Excellence. Bearing in mind the current crisis and the fact that our income in the sector certainly from the government is restricted until 2020 we need to do more with what we already have. John's presentation will inspire attendees how to make the most of those resources. John will present on Achievement Thinking, prepare to be engaged with thought provoking mindset change messages and humorous magic that will embed the message. You will leave with the tools to become more resourceful and resilient to achieve your targets and goals.

Peter has worked with a wide variety of businesses, including global blue chip organisations such as Clearswift and Trustpilot.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Lowry is a quarter of a mile from the motorway network, giving access from all over the North West and beyond. From the M60 take junction 12 for the M602. The Quays is a quarter of a mile from junction 3 of the M602. Follow the brown Lowry logo signs.
Car Parking is available in the Lowry Outlet. Parking can also be pre-booked online at a reduced rate than on the day.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please either bring your ticket with you or have it downloaded onto your phone. If you do forget, it could cause a delay whilst we retrieve your information.
What is the refund policy?
Once your ticket is booked, the charge cannot be refunded. If you are unable to attend, the ticket can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us on the details above to arrange this.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
We understand the nature of working in a Care Home. Therefore if you need to send someone else in your place, try and let us know before the event to ensure the system is updated. This will prevent delays on entering the seminar whilst we update the information.
