Why do you meet?

We are a growing collective of curious women who want to know more about how we tick as humans. We spend time with like minded folks having genuinely relaxed social connections, without any other agenda. Slowly growing a wee community of women who care, question and thrive on authentic interactions.

Why are you called Wiser Women (in time)?

Accepted Answer

Good question! We are by no way THE wisest women around, but we know OF wiser women than us - and we try encourage them to come and share some of what they know with us at specific Knowledge Gigs, with the hope than in time - we WILL become wiser.

Do you have any other reason to come together?

Accepted Answer

Nope, just to grow a smidge & connect a lot. It's not a sketchy pyramid scheme, or subscription based coven, or training women to take over the world (I figure we'd already have those skills anyhow, but we're too busy propping up the ones who DO run it, and a million other listed things.) No charges

We're on Facebook & Instagram, but we also have several Whatsapp Groups covering Resources & Links, also for Bletherings, & one to vent about the state of the World On Fire, as well as one around Intimate Pleasures it's issues & delights. All are optional - you can just get Announcements if you like

So what are you planning to get wiser about?

From a recent casual survey the women already with us would like to know more about somatic movements for wellbeing, sexuality and aging, how to make use of the herbs around us, knowing the power of our minds better, intimate toy talk, gender issues. We aim to provide what folks are interested in.
