Social Good United Kingdom Community Launch

+SocialGood United Kingdom is the latest chapter of the United Nations Foundation Plus SocialGood global network, driven by a shared vision; connecting today’s generation to help them leverage technology and new media to help create a better world.

To achieve the above goal, with support from our global partners, we plan to host several programs which will drive conversations and actions towards the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the United Kingdom.

With the support of the United Nations Foundation, we will officially be launching the UK chapter on the 13th of November, 2020 in an entirely virtual event specially focused on driving conversations and actions towards young people starting an enterprise as well as providing solutions in tackling global problems like climate change, mental health, gender equality and the entire 17 sustainable development goals.

The aim of this event is to bring together industry experts to discuss the challenges they have faced, tips on how you can pivot your business and information on the relief available from the U.K Government for entrepreneurs, how to use your business for social good and also highlight major issues surrounding these problems and from insights shared, curate definite action plans and strategy to galvanize local actions.
