Simple finance available to help you grow your impact in the Liverpool city region
Social Enterprise North West (SENW) and Social Investment Business (SIB) would like to invite you to an event ‘Social Investment in the Liverpool City Region’ on Monday 20th October 2014, 9.30am to 4pm.
The event is aimed at frontline charities and social enterprise, and business support providers in the Liverpool City Region (LCR) who want to find out more about social investment, investment readiness, and sources of finance and support available to charities and social enterprise in the LCR.
Social investment (also called impact investment) is the provision and use of finance to generate social and financial returns. This could include a wide range of financial products including loans and grants. It is a growing source of income for charities and social enterprise across the country, however many organisations at local level are still relatively unaware of the benefits of social investment and how to access it.
Come along to find out about:
The workshops will be 1 hour long and will be run twice (13:45 & 15:00) to make sure everyone has a chance to attend both.
