When you purchase a ticket, you are helping to build a community. We’re a non-profit CIC, so every penny is re-invested to create more safe, welcoming spaces like this one.
Feeling anxious about socialising? You’re not alone.
The OK DEN Supper Club is a cosy, two-week experience designed especially for women who struggle with social anxiety, overthinking, or just find meeting new people a bit hard.
Hosted by women who’ve been there too, these evenings are all about good food, deep conversation, and gentle connection. We know what it’s like to feel nervous or out of place - that’s why we’re creating a warm, understanding space where everyone feels seen and safe.
Each evening, we’ll share a meal, do a few light, guided activities to help ease social anxiety, and simply enjoy being in the company of others who get it. There’s no pressure to perform, just an opportunity to breathe, eat, and belong.
Come with an open mind and an empty stomach - leave with a full belly and maybe even a new friend.
A cosy, evening designed to nourish both body and mind.
You’ll be welcomed with a refreshing mocktail before we sit down together for a delicious three-course meal: starters, hearty mains, and something sweet to finish.
Alongside the food, we’ll share guided breathwork and gentle exercises to help calm anxiety and ease nerves, plus plenty of honest, meaningful conversation.
This isn’t a drop-in, it’s an experience built on connection and accountability.
To get the most out of it, we ask everyone to commit to both sessions (21st & 28th November). Think of it as joining your anti-anxiety accountability crew — we’re all in it together.
