In this seminar we will look at the various ways social media can be used as an effective tool to promote your business interests, but also on how to avoid the pitfalls associated with abuse of social media. We will examine what makes an effective social media policy, explore some examples of when staff’s use of social media has gone ‘bad’, and how to deal with those situations in a manner compliant with your obligations under employment law.
