What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Riverside Centre is conveniently located on Pride Park, a business park in Derby with good transport links: Derby Railway Station is 10-15 minutes walk (use Pride Park exit) or a short cab ride; There are regular bus services in Pride Park with stops within 5-7 minutes walk; East Midlands Airport is 20 minutes drive from Derby making the centre accessible from all over the UK.
Limited parking is available on site on a first come first served basis with overflow parking options a short walk away. Please consider car sharing if possible.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you can show the registration email on a phone or tablet and we'll check you in on arrival.
Can I pay by Cheque or Invoice to my church?
On this occassion we're sorry we are unable to accept payment by cheque but can issue an invoice to your church for payment via BACS. If this is a significant barrier to your attendance please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
What about special diets?
We can cater for special diets - please let us know on the booking form. We cannot guarantee availability of catering for special dietary requirements if you do not tell us in advance.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations up to 1 week before the event receive a 100% refund. Cancellations 7 days or less before the event receive a 50% refund. No-shows or cancellation on the day receive no refund.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes that is fine - as a courtesy please let us know or update using Eventbrite booking system. Please be aware if you transfer your ticket and there are additional dietary or accessibility requirements then please update the booking.
