Event Details

In the era of 24 hour news, social media and mobile devices, news spreads quicker than ever before. Organisations don’t have as much control over their marketing messages and, as a result, news of a crisis can travel in seconds. This invite-only breakfast seminar explores the increasing risk of an online crisis and will offer specialist advice, guidance and examples on how to identify and respond to an online crisis efficiently.

The session will:

  • Identify an online crisis response to go through
  • Help determine the correct platforms to use to avoid further reputational damage
  • Highlight the benefits of social media newsrooms
  • Provide best practice tips and advice on how to get control back and have an influence on what is being said online

Please note this event is not open to Freelancers or PR and social media agencies unfortunately.

Marketers responsible for social media marketing, reference programs, online or digital marketing, brand awareness, demand generation, brand and customer loyalty/retention would benefit most from attending.
