9.45am - Arrival and setting up of computers etc.
10.00am - An introduction to social media, including an overview of Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and LinkedIn. Also touching on the "why" social media media is so important in todays world.
12.00pm - Lunch
12.45am - LinkedIn training. Focus in detail from setting up a profile, implementing a strategy, using a hosting tool to schedule posts, search and selection using the advanced features, LinkedIn ettiquette, applications and widgets, how to become involved with groups and finally, perfecting your LinkedIn company profile.
I suggest we break for a coffee about 2.30pm / 3pm and then continue until 4pm.
A good balance of slides, practical exercises, group discussions and handouts. The workshop is very ‘hands on’ and delegates are required to bring a laptop / ipad with wifi capabilities.
