Social Media Fundraising
Event Information
About this event
The way we consume information has significantly changed over the last few decades, mainly due to the exponential growth of social media and digital technology. So, at a time when it's never been more important than ever for charities of all sizes to maximise opportunities to raise funds and diversify their income, including fundraising through social media in your strategy is a must.
This online training session will explore how to set about developing a social media strategy to help maximise your fundraising.
During the webinar, we will cover:
- the digital landscape today;
- how to get your messaging right;
- how to define who you’re talking to;
- how to plan for success;
- how to grow your audience and engage your supporters; and
- an overview of the digital fundraising tools available and how to integrate it into your marketing strategy.
The workshop will be followed by a live Q&A session. To ensure everyone has a chance to have their questions answered we are limiting the spaces on this webinar to only 20 so early booking is recommended.
These webinars are aimed at small charities, voluntary organisations, community groups and social enterprises from across Kent and Medway. It is expected that the organisations attending are active on the social media platforms that their target audience are using. Ideally those attending, will be responsible for their organisation's social media.
