2. Workshop 1: Facebook
A complete walk through of the backend and front end aspects of Facebook. The technical aspects that get overlooked and can’t be. Using real life case study to show a working campaign which can be used in a membership context.
Facebook adverts – do they work? Guidance on how to spend a small amount of advertising budget to make a big difference on your reach.
3. Workshop 2: Twitter
A step by step how to, not missing anything out discussing the lesser known aspects that enable users to take advantage of social listening which can help in member acquisition. Giving real life case study examples.
4. Workshop 3: LinkedIn
A detailed introduction to LinkedIn. How to present yourself, network in groups, grow your connections and influence which in turn helps your engagement with members.
5. Workshop 4: Instagram
How to use this new and upcoming social network to ensure you are engaging with your audience in the latest and most effective ways.
6. Day to Day reality
Finding content, where and how … and then using it to raise awareness of your organisation and the benefits of membership.
7. Social Management
Real life Tools (the right tools), A walk through on how you can manage your social media and the tools you can use to keep your membership campaign on track.
Review the original objectives, going through each objective at a time, ask the delegates to reflect and share where we have covered this. Pick up where any objectives have not been covered in enough depth.
