Alan McGee, from Say Consultancy, is a Social Marketing Media Strategist and Coach. He will be talking about such things as reach, action, conversion and engagement, online value proposition and the importance of content. If you don’t understand these terms, you soon will!
Jayne Hart,Director of local outsourcing HR company, The HR Dept, will lead discussion on the importance of having a social media policy for your business interspersed with some serious and humorous examples of social media gaffes.
