Do you know who your customers are and where to find them online?

Are you using Social Media to target your customers?

Customers are the key to having a successful business. Can you describe who your customers are and what they like - as if they are a character in a book? If not, how are you able to tailor your marketing and sales efforts to them? It is all about the customer. When you are writing your sales and marketing messages and content, you need to be able to picture who your customers are. If you struggle to describe your customers and where they are online, your marketing and sales efforts won't be targeted.

These days if you want to find out where is the best place to eat in town, or best energy or broadband provider or mobile phone company to go with, people will ask their friends online through a post on Facebook or Twitter.
