Gone are the days when mammoth marketing budgets determined the success of a housing scheme and with 90% of home buyers using the internet (according to Realtor) to conduct their research, online marketing has now become a necessity for housebuilders. We will teach you how to effectively employ social media marketing tactics to create and most importantly connect with a targeted online community. Whether you have just started out in business or you are looking to grow, it is vital to use social media and online marketing to effectively communicate to your customers.
CRL’s Social and Digital team will share their insider knowledge and trade secrets to show you how to use social media to:
- Gain more traffic to your website
- Communicate with influencers and potential customers online
- Discover relevant online conversations

- Use management tools to help fit social media around your work
- Discover how, when and what to post to social media
Unlike other courses, this is not death by PowerPoint. There will be the opportunity to create or optimise your existing social media pages, as well as sending your first optimised social media post.
Each attendee will be given a copy of the course notes and a glossary to relevant links and blog articles.
12:30 – 1:00 pm: Arrival, networking and light lunch
For the first half an hour, delegates will be able to have a light lunch provided by CRL and network with other attendees.
1:00 – 3:00 pm: Course material
From 1:00 pm delegates will be seated and the course material will begin.
3:00 – 3:30 pm: Coffee and networking
From 3:00 pm onwards delegates will be invited to network over coffee and ask our speaker any informal questions.
