SOCIAL PRESCRIBING SUMMIT

Tuesday 27th June. 2-5pm at the St Pancras and Somers Town Living Centre.

The Living Centre partners would like to invite you to a policy seminar to find out how social prescribing is linking people in the Camden to community activities to help improve their physical and mental health.

Social Prescribing is about connecting people to non-medical sources of support to improve their health and wellbeing. This event will be an opportunity to hear about social prescribing in Camden, to share ideas and explore.
