Event Details

Juniper research predicts that businesses could save up to $8 billion annually by 2022 through the adoption of chat bot and artificial intelligence technologies.

Paul Shepherd, founder of IntelAgent looks at the adoption of chatbots and AI and what this means to the businesses today and tomorrow.

Most importantly, Paul looks at how humans and bots can work side by side for the benefit of the customer.

Mae’r cwmni ymchwil Juniper yn rhagweld y gallai busnesau arbed hyd at $8 biliwn yn flynyddol erbyn 2020 trwy fabwysiadau systemau ‘chat bot’ a thechnolegau deallusrwydd artiffisial.

Mae Paul Shepherd, sylfaenydd IntelAgent, yn edrych ar y broses o drosglwyddo at systemau ‘chat bot’ a thechnolegau deallusrwydd artiffisial a beth mae hyn yn ei olygu i’r busnesau heddiw ac yfory.

Yn bwysicaf oll, mae Paul yn edrych ar sut y gall bobl a ‘bots’ weithio’n ochr ac ochr er lles y cwsmer.
