Siân Rebourg, Head of Social Value at Hill Group, responsible for Hill’s approach to social value, reporting and ensuring Hill has a positive, lasting impact on every community they work in.

Siân has been in and around social value for over a decade. Alongside delivering social value in residential projects, Siân has extensive experience of working for the public and third sectors, delivering projects focused on supporting those who are furthest from the job market to access employment. Originally working on Infrastructure projects, Siân has been responsible for delivering social value on large projects such as London 2012 Olympic Development & the Northern Line Extension. She was also one of the founding project managers of Women into Construction, setting up delivery on the London 2012 Olympic Project.
