Enter the Museum via the visitor car park. Upon entering the car park, KEEP LEFT and follow signs for the
‘Conference Centre’ leading around the back of AirSpace. The entrance to the Conference Centre is at the
end of the car park on the right-hand side.
Please note: Do not park in the dedicated coach parking bays. Additional parking is in the visitor car park.
There is no overnight parking at IWM Duxford.

Dr Andy Hopkirk is Socitm's Head of Research. Before this he was Head of Research for the National Computing Centre (NCC) and worked for what is now the UK's national Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC).
In this presentation he'll review and extend the recent Socitm Research Insight publications about Location Intelligence (https://www.socitm.net/location-intelligence)
"As geographical information systems combine with big data/business intelligence analytics and the deployment of networked Arrays of Things, then we build a new capability that is becoming a kind of 'Location Intelligence'.

Ian is leading MLL Telecom’s engagement with the Health community which has included an active role in the NHS Supplier Enagagment Programme to develop the standards for HSCN (Health and Social Care Network – replacement for N3).

During his time in industry Ian managed the delivery and support of systems and services to Central and Local Government and the armed forces including high assurance networks and multi-level secure systems.
