FAQs

What are regional meetings?

Regional meetings provide opportunities to meet local, likeminded Socitm members. With six gatherings a year, they are a small commitment with big benefits.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Closest underground station - Aldgate or Aldgate East.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

The meeting is for Socitm members registered with their base in the London & South regions, our speakers and sponsors and a limited number of invited guests. Please contact the host if you'd like someone to attend in your place.

Can I update my registration information?

This isn't a problem. Please contact the host.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. We know who you are! (seriously though its not a massive event and we don't 'do' registration)

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

This isn't a problem, please contact the host if you'd like someone to attend in your place.

How will my information be used?

If you are a non-member of Socitm and attending a meeting as a guest, we will collect your personal data (e.g. name, organisation, email address and phone number) and use this information to contact you about becoming a member of Socitm.

You can stop receiving communications from us at any time. We will provide a clear and easy way to do this on any communication you receive.
