COMMUNITY WALK FOR GIRLIES IN MANCHESTER
Hey girlies, we're back with a free community walk for the Manchester girlies! Join us for a chill morning meeting at Mattina Coffee at 10:00 AM. We'll have a bit of time to grab our coffees and get to know each other before heading for our walk around the canal.
During the walk you'll have the opportunity to chat to other girlies on a similar vibe. The vibe in our community is self love, wellness, supporting one another to be our best - so if this is your vibe you'll be right at home. After the walk, we’ll find a cozy spot on the grass for a 15 minute meditation session to ground ourselves and bring in some high vibes for the day.
Bring your comfy walking shoes, a bottle of water, and a little snack if you wish. Everyone's welcome, so invite your friends too.
