In-person | Women’s Mental Health & Well-being Group | Birmingham |
Have you been holding everything together for so long, you forgot what it feels like to actually feel held?
Soft Strength is a soulful, therapist-led monthly group designed for high-achieving women who are quietly exhausted — tired of being the strong one, the dependable one, the one who always bounces back. Behind the calm exterior, you may feel emotionally drained, constantly in survival mode, or struggling to rest without guilt. This is your space to finally exhale.
In this session, we’ll gently unlearn the hustle-for-worth mindset, reconnect with emotional safety, and explore how softness, rest, and boundaries can co-exist with your ambition.
Each session includes:
- Psychoeducation grounded in CBT + trauma-informed tools
- Journaling, guided reflection, and therapist-led discussions
- Evidence-based exercises that help regulate emotions, reduce burnout, and soften self-criticism
- Small group sharing in a warm, confidential setting
The Monthly Reset Sessions:
Understanding emotional burnout, overfunctioning, and the cost of coping “too well” The Inner Critic Isn’t Protecting You
Challenging self-blame, shame, and the pressure to be perfect
Letting go of hyper-independence, emotional shutdown, and reconnecting to softness
Designing a guilt-free life rooted in peace, not performance
