About this Event

Thanks for taking the time to look at the next Softcat University Forum event. We are excited to be hosting the next Softcat University Forum in the Softcat Manchester Office on the 5th of March 2020.

Following the success of the last Softcat University Forum, focused on Identity Access Management, this Forum will have the topic of Securing SaaS Applications in Higher Education in partnership with Check Point.

Softcat University Forum is a free of charge event hosted by Softcat Network and Security Consultant for Higher Education – Thomas Rowley and has been created to provide our University customers with an agnostic platform to discuss current IT challenges, ideas and solutions on a crowdsource topic from the University community. Normally the event runs over 4 hours with lunch provided by a topic specific vendor who will also provide a short solution presentation.

Agenda:

• Introductions Tea & Coffee | 10-:30-11am

• Thomas Rowley - SaaS Security in Higher Education | 11-12pm

• Lunch | 12-12:45pm

• SaaS Software & Challenges – Open Discussion | 12:45-2pm

• Checkpoint Solution Presentation | 2-3pm

• AoB / Close | 3pm
