About this event
Craving a giant press pause button and a big exhale from life? This is your moment to do just that, to pause, soften and let the soothing sounds occupy your mind so you can slow and soften into a moment just for you.
Welcome this time for you to be you , to tune in, tune out and tune up what you need to, so you can move through your month ahead with softness, joy and ease.
We'll enjoy a relaxed welcome for you to settle into your space before enjoying a guided dream visioning relaxation and a nourishing transformative sound bath experience.
The joy of a sound bath is that it requires no participation from you, except the openness to receiving the sounds and the shift in vibration your body and mind are longing for.
There is no required participation during our sessions. You will be invited to journey through a closed eye, guided dream visioning and on occasion there will be guided intention settings which you are welcome to solo journal on.

If you've ever wished your wellness space had a little more zest, you've found your home! The Leopard Mind welcomes every hue of the rainbow on the mat!
Parking: There is free on the road parking a short walk from the studio.
What do I need to bring to the session?
A yoga or sports mat to lie on, blankets & cushions for your head/back of the knees to make you as comfy as possible. Some water or your preferred still drink for after.If you don’t have a mat, please let me know as I have a few and can provide one for you.
What do I wear?
Come as you are in your most comfy get up! You want to feel as you as possible so you can soften into your time on the mat. You will be lying down for the majority of our time together so cosy & comfy is always good!
Will there be any movement during the session?
Short answer, no! You will be welcomed into a soft stretch and wiggle of the fingers and toes at the end of your sound journey but there is no active movement in the session. Your Sound session is time for you to pause, lie down and welcome the stillness that is so often craved in our days.

What is a Sound bath?
Sound baths soothe the mind, body & soul by guiding you to a state of deep relaxation in a more timely manner than traditional meditation. The combination of sound frequencies from the Tibetan bowls and other instruments, take you on a soundscape journey of relaxation.
Benefits of a Sound Bath?
Sound baths can increase overall well being, improve sleep, boost your mood and may reduce stress and anxiety. Sound can also be a powerful tool for healing and transformation.
What happens at a sound bath?
Your sound bath experience starts with you getting comfortable lying on the floor. All that’s needed from you is a willingness to be there and be open to the sound. The session will start with a short guided relaxation to settle you into your space, before welcoming in the soothing sounds of the Tibetan bowls.
