The ABC training portal is any easy way to learn how to build zero-code business applications with Softools. Through step-by-step modules and a personal Softools learning environment, the ABC program enables you to become a certified Softools App Builder.
An ABC account gives you a Softools site to learn and practice your app building. On your personal site you can:
- Learn about the power of zero-code apps
- Master the 8-step App Builder process
- Understand key features & common pitfalls
- Practice building in a secure environment
- Create a Learning Journal that tracks your progress and certification
- Plan your future apps portfolio
- Gain access to a wealth of support material and membership in Softools’s App Builder Community
In addition to the features listed above, this account includes participation in a three-week training cohort. A Softools Expert will host a weekly call every Thursday with all members of the cohort to discuss the recent work completed, address any questions or difficulties and preview the week's upcoming training material.
There are two course offerings:
1. BASIC - The Basic Course includes 4- 5 hours of course work and provides the skills to create a fully functioning application that works on PCs, tablets and mobile devices. Example applications include risk registers, action logs and audits/assessments.
2. ADVANCED - The Advanced Course includes 25-30 hours of course work covering advanced functions like workflow, expressions, multi-app integrations, advanced charts, calculations and dashboards.
