Join us for an enchanting Sogetsu Style Ikebana taster session. The art of Japanese flower arrangement that has a profound connection with nature. Kado, the way of flowers, embodies the Japanese aesthetic principles of balance, harmony and simplicity.

A lovely introduction to this experiential hands on zen and mindful activity.

You will be guided by Scarlett, instructor of Sogetsu Ikebana to arrange 2 different styles of Ikebana.

Sogetsu is a modern school of Ikebana, founded by Sofu Teshigahara in the early 20th century. Sogetsu emphasizes creativity, personal expression, and the use of various materials in addition to flowers, such as branches, leaves, and other natural elements.

Sogetsu encourages practitioners to explore their own artistic interpretations and styles, and promotes the idea that anyone can learn and practice Ikebana, regardless of their background or artistic skills.Sign up now to unleash your creativity.
