Event description

Description

This will be a unique, one-off show in London featuring a stripped down, semi-acoustic set by the Doctors of Madness, their last London show of 2017.

It will bring together the Doctors of Madness and Jeremy Reed for the first time since their William Burroughs show at Queen Elizabeth Hall in 2014, with a special appearance by Lily Bud.

It will see Richard’s return to the Chapel of St Barnabas for the first time since his acclaimed A Mighty Big If conversations, which featured Richard in conversation with artists such as Peter Capaldi, Brian Cox, Marc Almond, Cornelia Parker, Mike Figgis, Robert Wilson, Gavin Turk and Kate Tempest, to name a few.

The show will take place on Tuesday 3rd October 2017 in the beautiful chapel at The House of St Barnabas. Doors open at 6:30pm, the event will start at 7:00pm and finish at approximately 9:00pm.

We believe in paying it forward. For every ticket sold one will be offered to someone who would not be able to afford one themselves, opening access to culture, live music and our home in Soho with social inclusion at its heart.

We are working towards making all of our events here at The House of St Barnabas pay it forward, giving them to people affected by homelessness, who are part of our Employment Academy, the Soho community, or are supported by one of the many charities we work with.

Regrettably, due to the nature of our building, there is limited disabled access. There is some information available on our website, but please do email contact@hosb.org.uk for any further detail.
