Description

Explore the streets that defined London’s social revolution of the 1960s.
Discover the history of Soho from Carnaby Street’s Mod fashion to the glamorous night clubs frequented by the Beatles and the seedy underworld of prostitution and vice.

This walk will start from the Foyer at 309 Regent Street.

Led by Peter Speiser, Senior Lecturer in History in the Department of History, Criminology and Sociology, who recently published Soho - The Heart of Bohemian London (2017).
