COVID-19 NOTICE

The conference will be hosted at the Birmingham Conference & Events Centre. Measures will be set in place by the venue to ensure attendee safety. The following additional steps will be in place from the event organisers:

• Attendees will be asked to provide a negative lateral flow test that has been taken within 24hrs of the event.
• Attendees will be asked to wear a face-covering during the event. Where exempt, please notify us prior to your arrival.
• Attendees may be assigned to a delegate bubble during the conference for break out seminars.
• Should an attendee need to cancel their attendance because they are required to self-isolate in line with the government's guidance, we will provide a virtual option to experience the event either live or after the session.

SOIL as an acronym means “Step Out In Leadership”, which looks at the earth's role in developing a seed to a fruit-bearing plant.
