Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, it is
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can, go to eventbrite.co.uk, log in and you can update info, names on tickets etc.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you don’t need to print your tickets, the bar code on your phone will suffice.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable, not at all.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
That’s not a problem, we’ll scan the barcode and check you in regardless.
I have a complimentary can I transfer to another Person ?
Complementaries are non transferable.
My name is at the door for a ticket how can I secure my entry ?
Unfortunately your name at the door doesn’t secure your entry as venue and licensing rules apply towards capacity. Ticket holders get priority. We advise that you come before 10:30pm where will be advised about your entry.( £££ cash only at the door)
Management reserve the right to refuse entry.
