In this session, we will focus on the Solar Plexus Chakra – the center of your personal power, confidence, and transformation. This energy center influences your sense of self-worth, decision-making, and ability to take charge of your life.

Through guided meditation and mindful breathwork, we will explore the energy of the Solar Plexus Chakra, cultivating awareness and connection to this vital center. The session will include a sound healing journey, where therapeutic vibrations will help reignite your inner strength, restore balance, and enhance your ability to step into your power with confidence and clarity.

While this workshop can be experienced as a standalone, it also invites you to continue your chakra journey, unlocking deeper layers of healing and self-awareness in the months ahead.

Join us for a transformative session designed to help you reclaim your confidence, strengthen your sense of self, and ignite your personal power through the healing power of sound, breath, and meditation.

What To Bring: Your personal comfort is essential for a deeper experience. Please bring any supports that help you feel relaxed and at ease. This may include cozy clothing, warm socks, extra blankets, pillows, an eye mask, a water bottle, and a journal for capturing insights. Yoga mats, bolster and a blanket are provided.

  • This will be a small group of maximum 6 people, advanced booking is essential
  • Please arrive at 9.50am for a prompt 10am start - the agreed start time will be honoured and late comers will not be permitted to disturb the space
  • Please do not arrive before 9.50am while the space is being prepared
  • Please refrain from wearing any scented fragrances
  • The studio is located upstairs without any lift access
  • The workshop will be conducted in both sitting and lying down on the floor
