Solar, retrofit and planning in Ealing: without the faff

If you've been thinking about installing solar panels, a heat pump or other measures to your home but were defeated by the faff or complexity: this event is for you.

We want to make it easy to go green. Experts will be on hand to discuss your questions and planning queries, in this Ealing Climate Week homeowner session. These sorts of measures are covered:

Solar panels, heat pumps, insulation:

  • do I need planning permission?
  • what if I'm in a conservation area?
  • what am I allowed to add to the front of my house?

Council staff will be on hand to discuss your questions. They cannot formally 'advise' you but can give you information to help inform your next step.

PLUS: an opportunity to meet a local installer

MCS-certified green tech installers located in the borough will be available for a discussion too (please note the council cannot recommend any contractors and that you should make your own decisions and research about which company to use)

Book your ticket for queue priority, or turn up on the day for a conversation
