Solent Business Ball 2017

For the 6th year running the Southern Society’s Young Chartered Accountants Group, Junior Lawyers Division and RICS Matrics bring together the Solent’s business community for an evening of entertainment and networking at the Solent Business Ball.

Join us in the Mike Channon Suite at St Mary's Stadium, the home of Southampton FC. Your clients, colleagues, friends and family are all invited for an evening complete with a drinks reception, a 3 course dinner including wine and dancing.

Individual tickets are priced at £50 per person or book one of our tables (seating up to 10) for a discounted rate of £450. There is an EARLY BIRD SPECIAL for those who book before the end of May where individual tickets are only £45 and a table of 10 will cost you £400.

We will also be raising money on the night for a local charity, who are yet to be announced.

Dress code is Black Tie.

HOW TO BOOK

Please register your tickets online - there is no booking form this year.

If you register 10 tickets you will automatically be registered for the discounted table price.

You do not have to supply the names of your guests at present. We will contact you nearer the time to collect these. If you do know any dietary or access requirements please let us know, you can update your booking at a later date or contact us.

You will then be sent an invoice with instructions on how to make payment.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking is available onsite on a first come first service basis and is chargeable.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds after confirmation unless under special circumstances. Please contact the organisers if that occurs.

Do I need to order wine for the table in advance?

No - half a bottle of wine per person is provided on the evening.

The information on this form is collected for administration and research purposes, and to enable us to keep you up to date with relevant and appropriate product and service developments. A list of all delegates may be published and circulated at the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cannot attend, you can transfer your place to another individual. Places can be transferred at any time up to and including the day of the event.
