Solent University gentle led bike ride Thursday 20th October

A gentle, short led bike ride from Solent University Environment day. This ride is for Solent University students and staff only.

The ride will mostly be using nearby quieter roads and cycle paths. It will be led by trained ride leaders. The ride is to show you around the city.

You will be riding for less than one hour, as there will be a briefing and safety checks before setting off. The ride will go at a gentle pace and no-one will get left behind. You can bring along your own bike to ride, or you can borrow one from the Kimber pool bikes.

We recommend you wear appropriate clothing, but with the option to remove layers if you get too warm. Gloves are also recommended. We recommend you wear a cycling helmet, but this is optional.

Please meet at the Solent University, outside the Spark Centre. If you do not have a bike this is no problem, please contact Amber and have confirmation that one can be supplied for you.
