What if the training resources do not arrive in time for training?

Please call the Solihull Approach direct on 0121 296 4448 with your order number to follow up with where your resources may be, as they may be able to assist you with a temporary access to their resources to enable you to still attend the training

How long will it take for my training resources order I have placed to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Solihull Approach action their deliveries once a week and all orders placed by Friday 5pm, will be sent out on the following Tuesday - to be safe, please order at point of booking on training in case supplies are low to avoid your training being cancelled
