Solihull Sixth Form College Open Day

Solihull Sixth Form College is one of the premier post-16 options in the West Midlands, offering 2,500 learners the opportunity to study a large range of subjects at A level, BTEC and T level. We have superb facilities and excellent teaching and a great track record for helping our students onto positive destinations after college, including universities, apprenticeships and employment.

Teachers will be available in all subject areas at this open day, as will support staff, and all can answer questions and tell visitors about the services we offer to young people. Principal Martin Sullivan will be giving talks throughout the event in our lecture theatre so that prospective students and parents can learn about the learning ethos of the College.

Current students will be there to talk about what studying individual courses is like, as well as give an insight into college life, which is more independent than the school environment.

The event also gives visitors the chance to see our wonderful facilities. The College is situated on a beautiful green-belt campus and boasts fantastic resources, tailored to students' needs for their particular courses.

Everyone who attends will get a copy of the College prospectus and can pick up subjects leaflets for the courses they are interested in.

All prospective students must attend with a parent or other adult and stick to the timed entry they book. Large groups of unaccompanied students will not be granted entry.

We respectfully ask that people just book one slot - the times on the ticket are the time you should arrive, but you are free to stay for as long as you wish. If you need to change your time please contact marketing@solihullsfc.ac.uk. If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your booking, as this will free up those tickets for other people to book.
