Solstice Somatic Slowdown - free online workshop
Overview
This winter are you pushing through December? Focussed on pleasing other people and likely to meet January exhausted, wanting to hibernate and definitely not in the space to start a full-on fitness regime..
Inspired by the winter season, this embodied coaching course is here to offer you space to land more gently. You're invited to join the first session for the solstice free or by donation/ Meeting with a workshop of floor (or bed)-based movement and meditation designed to ease and restore balance, and find an anchor during this time of social pressure, damp, cold and tiredness.
The rest of the Tending the Embers course begins in January - plus there are some lovely guided practices delivered either to you on WhatsApp or in your inbox in the days after Xmas and into the early new year... Movement for people who've travelled miles and slept in unfamiliar beds. Head space for minds that are focussed on others. Practices that can help you slow down and pause, or warm up and get back into social mode - from a place where you feel a little more resourced and ready. All under 10 mins and designed so you can close the bedroom door and take a moment. Dip into them as and when.
For those who decide to continue this journey -we re-gather fortnightly on Mondays from 5th Jan to 2nd Feb for the rest of course with carefully curated group coaching sessions to nurture the spark in you through the darkest months of the year.Following the path from darkest day of Solstice to the return of the light at Imbolc (start of Feb) we'll tend to that winter season in our bodies.
