Come join Lorena & Heather for a magical evening of somatic movement, song, and stillness at the TRX Clubhouse in Swallowfield at Farley Equestrian Centre.

You are invited into a ceremonial space woven with

somatic movement, sacred song, and healing sound—

a journey inward and outward, above and below,

rooted in the wisdom of the body and the pulse of the Earth.

We will begin with gentle movement,

awakening the senses, softening into presence,

unwinding what is ready to be released.

From that place of embodied awareness,

we’ll open our hearts and voices in communal song—

simple, soulful chants to call in light,

to remember who we are together.

Then, we’ll be held in the stillness of sound meditation,

bathed in the resonance of crystal bowls, chimes, and deep earth tones

to carry us into the liminal space where healing happens.

This is a ritual of remembering,

a sanctuary for your soul’s unfolding.

Heather has been a Sound & Shamanic practitioner for 18 years & has been running sound baths for a further 13 years. She is passionate about using her voice and helping others to find their own unique vocal tool aswell. Having studied in Liverpool for 3 years doing music & drama Heather brings a wealth of experience with her, from college performances to taking a production of Chess to the Liverpool playhouse during her uni days. She also has spent many hours in various choirs over the years & has run her Find your voice workshop under various guises for 14 years. She now runs monthly sound baths, a drum circle, a monthly chant & kirtan session plus various collaborations with other holistic practitioners.

Lorena is a Sacred Sounds certified sound meditation practitioner and an Anusara, Yin, Pregnancy, Restorative Yoga teacher & a Reiki Master based in Reading.

She loves creating safe spaces for people to relax and reconnect deeply with their bodies and minds through meditation, breathwork and sound.

Her sessions are calming, relaxing and nurturing, giving you an opportunity to explore yourself in a deeper level of consciousness. She uses gongs, crystal bowls, harp, Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drums, rain sticks and a whole array of sacred instruments, all perfectly tuned to send you into a state of pure bliss.
