If this minimum is not met, we may need to reschedule or cancel the event. In such cases, participants will be given ample notice, and alternative arrangements will be offered wherever possible. Cancellation Policy

To cancel a place on a CPD, notice of cancellation must be given by email or in writing sent by registered post. You must clearly state your intention to cancel the CPD.

• If you cancel at least 10 days prior to the start of the CPD you are accepted onto you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel between 10 and 5 days prior to the start of the course you will receive a 50% refund of the deposit/fee paid.

• If you cancel less than 5 days before the event you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit or fee paid.
