Solving the Mystery of Stress, Fat & Cholesterol – 2 Day Course:
Have you ever considered that there might be a connection between Fat, Cholesterol and Stress? The answer may well be “yes” but it might not be quite what you expect. Is Cholesterol actually your friend? Is consuming Saturated Fat the thing you should be doing to restore you to better health? How is it possible that Eskimos consume large amounts of Saturated Fat, they are obese but they are very fit and they don’t get heart disease? Why is it that the Massai of Kenya, who have large amounts of cholesterol in their diet, are thin and fit, and they don’t get heart disease? If we are supposedly living in one of the most advanced civilisations on earth, why then are we all getting fat, and why are we getting sick? Is it possible that somewhere along the line someone is wrong? Is it possible we have been lead up the garden path when it comes to the information we are given when it comes to Health and Nutrition?
In this two day course I will be presenting you with the evidence, the research and the facts, plus a good helping of common sense that will perhaps point you towards a better way forward when it comes to gaining control and responsibility for your Health and Wellbeing.
This is ideal for anyone interested in Stress Management, Heart disease, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Weight Loss, Vitamin Deficiency and High Cholesterol.
I Look forward to meeting you
