Solving The Mystery of Stress

This is the first in a series of three courses around the subject of ‘Stress’ - What the body does to cope, how it protects us, and what happens when it all goes wrong.
We will be taking a looking at the biochemical process of Stress, and gaining a better understanding of it in relation to the Fight Flight Mechanism.
By getting to grips with this highly complex process, and breaking it down into a few simple pieces we will be able to apply this knowledge more usefully in practice.
Our own individual Stress response is completely unique to ourselves - One persons fear is another’s enjoyment.
So the treatment of someone suffering from ‘Stress’ will be unique and may be coming from a number of factors, both internal and external, environmental, cultural and even genetic.
This course is ideal for those interested in Stress Management, Depression, Weight Loss, Toxicity, IBS, ME, MS & Migraines.
