Outer hip pain is one of the most common joint and muscle problems in women over 40. It's als extremely common in female runners and triathletes.

I'll help you understand

I will demonstrate how to discover which joints and muscles are involved and show you the most important exercises so you can try them with me.

All information is based on the latest credible research, and presented in a practical, accessible way.

· Presented live on Zoom and recorded . It's recommended to attend the event live in order to get the most out of it. A recording is sent to everyone who registers, and available for a month after the event.

· A bonus practical advice and exercise e booklet list will be sent after the event, alongside all references for those who want to know the credible science links.

· There will be a Q and A at the end of the session. Send questions in advance or ask on the day

Who is this Masterclass for?

• This Masterclass is for women who suffer from outer hip pain (on the outside part of the hip and bottom muscles - gluteals). Health and exercise professionals are very welcome to attend.

• Will there be an opportunity to ask questions?

• Yes, I will allow 5-10 minutes at the end to address questions, and attendees can put questions in the chat too. Please note that answers to questions will be general and do not replace personalised advice from a clinician.

Will I have written information to take away?

Yes, I will send you an e booklet with exercises and information for long term reference. This includes academic references and latest research for interested attendees and professionals.
