Join us at the Edinburgh Yoga Room for a rejuvenating Soma Flow experience.

Soma Flow is a gentle breathwork movement and creative expression session.

This two-hour session is a blend of gentle breathwork and easy dance-based movement to connect with your body. Through writing, drawing, or collage, explore and express what your body reveals. You’ll leave with something that supports your wellbeing and nurtures your creativity.

For all abilities, you can be experienced or a beginner.

Soma Flow is a space for people who identify as BPOC (Black people, People of Colour).

Bring a yoga mat and cushion if you have them, and wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in. Location: Edinburgh Yoga Room, 3–5 Forth Street, Edinburgh EH1 3JX.

What does BPOC mean in detail?

BPOC stands for Black people and People of Colour. It’s a self-identifying term we use with awareness of its limits. This space is for people who identify as Black, Brown, or People of Colour, including Global Majority and diasporic communities.
