Soma & Sound Retreat 2: Unmuted

Too often, Global Majority voices are overlooked, interrupted, or misrepresented. “Unmuted” is a reclamation—a journey back to the authentic voice that may have been quieted by workplaces, relationships, or society at large. This retreat invites participants to explore what it means to speak from the soul. Through vocal expression, rhythmic movement, resonant sound baths, and reflective journaling, we will reconnect to truth-telling and self-expression without apology.

Soma & Sound: Healing Retreats For Black Women is a series created for processing, reflection, and integration.

You'll be guided by an ACCPH Somatic Therapist and Level 2 Sound Healer in a curated safe space. Join us for a day of movement, breath, creative reflection, and soundscapes.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of life and prioritise your well-being. This event is all about slowing down, connecting with yourself, and integrating the parts of you that you have kept suppressed. Come and experience nurture and joy in community with other Black women.
