September workshop Intention: Reset, Refocus, Renewal
Open to movement specialists and curious beginners alike, this workshop is a gentle yet powerful, body-based invitation to return to your body’s innate intelligence.
Somapresence guides you through a sensory and energetic journey rooted in four phases:
- Welcoming (present-moment attunement and self-acceptance)
- Centeredness (grounding and inner alignment)
- Radiance (authentic self-expression)
- Integration (inner harmony)
In this 2-hour session, we blend somatic yoga movement, spiral motion, voice exploration, essential oils, resonant self-touch, and - when inspired - intuitive writing, crafting a rich, flowing, and deeply sensory experience.
Together, we explore embodied presence as a gateway to authenticity, creativity, and the body’s natural capacity to self-heal. Whether you’re new to movement or deeply experienced, this inclusive space honors your unique rhythm and expression.
