Somapresence is a woman’s embodied awareness of her inner wisdom and creative capacity. It is the recognition of the body as sacred — the very ground of presence — and the practice of creating a receptive inner space where strength, resilience, creativity, and authentic responses can naturally emerge and manifest.
This four week journey designed to awaken this embodied awareness and guide you back to your feminine essence. Through mindful movement, breath, and awareness practices, you’ll reconnect with your body as the source of your power, wisdom, and vitality.
This is more than a class series — it’s an invitation to return to yourself, release old patterns, and experience feminine power as a living, embodied truth.
What you’ll experience each week through somatic and energetic movement:
- Welcoming Self – Arrive fully in the present moment with gentle grounding practices that weave together breath and slow, yoga-inspired movements to cultivate openness and self-acceptance.
- Centered Self – Strengthen your foundation by connecting with your inner axis through mindful, coded movements and stabilizing postures that build core strength, balance, and alignment.
- Radiant Self – Awaken your vitality with spiral-based movements, powerful breathwork, and expressive sequences that expand your energetic presence from the inside out.
- Integrated Self – Return to wholeness with nurturing practices such as self-massage, deep relaxation with aromatherapy, leaving you replenished, centered, and at ease.
Each session builds upon the last, allowing you to deepen your relationship with yourself, embody your feminine power, and carry this wisdom into your daily life.
