🔥 Anger Release Lab: Move It Through Your Body
Tuesday 6:00–7:30pm | Blue Morpho Edinburgh | £15 | Bring a mate free
Anger stuck in your chest? Jaw clenched all day? This isn't therapy. No talking needed. It's a practical session to physically move anger out of your body using breathwork and somatic exercises.
What Actually Happens:
• Targeted body exercises to release tension in jaw, shoulders, chest
• High-intensity breathwork to burn through stuck anger safely
• Physical movement practices (shaking, tapping, grounding)
• Sound work—yelling, humming, vocal release (no singing required)
• Practical tools you can use at home when anger hits
You'll Leave With:
• Less tension in your body—physically lighter
• Clear head, calmer nervous system
• Techniques to handle anger before it explodes
• Energy to actually do something productive
This Works For:
• Blokes tired of "talking about feelings"
• Anyone with ADHD who needs to move to process
• People who clench their jaw/fists without realizing
• Anyone who bottles it up then loses their shit
The Deal:
• Max 8 people—small, no spotlight on you
• No spiritual stuff, no "woo woo"
• Wear trackies, bring water
• Trauma-informed but we keep it practical
• Bring a friend for FREE—seriously, grab someone
Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, Nervous System Guide
ABOUT ME:
I combine years of training in breathwork, somatics, trauma release, and body-led wisdom to create gentle, effective journeys back to wholeness. Every session is a unique co-creation—anchored in compassion, realness, and practical tools you can use for life.
My mission is to create a safe, authentic space where people can reconnect to their hearts, release what no longer serves them, and live from the deepest truth of who they are.
Through somatic work, breath, movement, touch, sound, and meditation, I guide others to meet themselves fully, transform stagnant energy, and awaken their most authentic life.
